All the other curl type products that I've used leaves my curls looking stringy. Will this gel and the NYM line of products help with this? Ive spent so much money trying to keep this from happening with no luck so far. I want a nice hold, defined curls, no frizz and fluffy curls.

I was browsing Ulta for some new hair care products and came across NYM line! I can honestly say that this stuff is amazing, especially for the price point. My hair is very coarse, curly and needs moisture; this product gave me definition and moisture. Definitely recommend this brand

Works but makes hair really dry
It works on my curls but it made my hair dry like straw. My hair looks like crispy noodles. I just wish it wasn't so drying.

Overall, I enjoy this gel. The hold is definitely on the lighter side (for reference, I have thick curls). I normally do a wash & go with gels, but since the hold wasn't strong, I tried a twist out. It left my hair surprisingly soft and didn't have a cast at all. The smell is fine and to me, doesn't really linger as the days go on. It's not too bad of a gel and would probably work great for those with looser curls.

When first opening the product, I love the packaging and the smell is amazing. However when applying to my hair it dried in a hardened cast and when seperated felt very drying! My curls are defined but Not a big fan of this

I think this gel is pretty good quality for the price. It's not too heavy but I don't think i can use it everyday because my hair type is super thin. The smell isn't too overwhelming.

I really prefer a stronger hold with my curls, but this was an okay strength. I still experienced a lot of frizz and I didn't see much curl definition. There definitely wasn't any crunch or stiff feel which was nice.

This is one of my favorite hair gels for curls! It's got just enough hold to prevent frizz and maintain shape but not so much that it weighs hair down. It's pretty lightweight and glides over curl clumps easily without pulling. It smells good too! My curl pattern is pretty loose though (3a ish) so curlier hair types may have different experiences.
