Don't be fooled by the images BB is using to advertise this product - they kept me from trying it for too long. My hair is short, fine and naturally wavy with volume when it is moisturized and none - laying flat on my head - when it is dry. I had not tried this line until just recently because I thought it would be much too heavy for me and was really designed for big, long, uncontrollably curly hair (like the images being used by BB) - but I was wrong. The mix of products - I've used them all in various combinations now - has revived my hair, given it all-day volume, and given me continuous good hair days. BB is missing the boat by downplaying the value of the product to people like me.

I rotate this shampoo with the Curl Conditioner co-wash. The shampoo itself is creamy and pearly. The suds are soft and rich. It tames frizz and flyaways and imparts a gentle body and good volume with a soft sheen. I use this more often in the winter during dry, indoor heating. I air style my hair, and the Curl line works well. I do use the Sunday Shampoo once a week for a deep clean. This makes for a nicely balanced routine.
