- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

I 100 percent love this product
I have only had this product for 2 weeks and already see a difference.
Works well, but…
This mask is really bulky and awkward. I believe it does give subtle results, and I think the skin clearing function helps with hotmonal breakouts. But the mask doesn't sit comfortably. It's quite heavy. Shark makes good products, but this one needs some refinement.
Amazing
Ive had it since it first came out and its the best thing ever! No problems! If its leaving marks on your face you simply have it too tight. Ive never had them
Nice idea, bad build, terrible customer service
Straps broke in 10 days. For an almost $400 face mask, you expect premium quality and premium support. You get neither here. The strap came out of the buckle after just a few uses, completely ruining the fit. When I contacted Shark, their lack of common-sense customer service was staggering. They expect me to ship the two week old product back and wait 15 days for them to send me a new one? I highly recommend that no one buys this product, or any Shark/Ninja products for that matter. Given their apparent poor manufacturing, it is very likely you will have to communicate with their customer service, and it is absolutely not worth the headache. Better off staying away altogether.
Not worth the price
Big, bulky and heavy. I have marks left on my face after using this mask. I barely use this mask anymore because of how uncomfortable it is. You almost have to be laying down doing absolutely nothing to wear this.
