- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

Worth it
I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and I can tell it has been working. It is worth the investment.
Love it but…
Ive been using my mask pretty much daily for about 7 months now and I love it. I see a huge difference in my skin! I really think my skin barrier has improved. I bought the shark one because I wanted a mask with red light and blue light for acne. Previously my chin area would be covered with hormonal acne and now I really only get one or two spots a month. I feel like my skin just looks a lot brighter too. Really enjoy the under eye cooling pads. I understand why people dont like this mask though. It is heavy and while the cooling pads feel great, they cover some of the key areas of my face that I want to treat. I work around this by doing the acne treatment session first and then closing my eyes, moving up the mask so that my undereyes get treatment and use the 4 min light therapy. Who knows if its bad or not to do so much in one sitting. Also theres a fan that runs when the cooling pads are on. Personally I find the sound soothing like white noise but totally get how that could disrupt ones peace. Despite its cons, I love this mask for me. I would pick this mask for myself if I had to make the choice again. If I were buying a mask as a gift for someone else, I wouldnt buy this one due to its cons.

The mask is amazing, the straps are amazing, and the cryo function makes me look great in the short term, but blocks the red light therapy from getting to my under-eyes for longterm benefits. I wish they would make a version of this without the cryo function and just put red light in the under-eyes. I would totally buy the cryo pads separately too, but I can't have them jeopardizing my red light therapy. Returned.
