- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

Overall, I have noticed positive changes in my skin with near daily use for the past 6 weeks, so I do think it works. That said, I think there are several areas of improvement and would probably wait for future versions (that will hopefully have these worked out) before recommending to everyone. First the fit- it's not comfortable at all. I can only wear it with the inserts, which take up half my cheeks, areas that I wish received LED benefits. It is certainly not comfortable enough, nor practical, to walk around the house in. Comfort/portability is not something important to me, but it may be to you. It also has a relatively small forehead area , much of which is covered by eyebrow and forehead padding- this may only be relevant to other "five head" folk. The mask also ends right at my jawline, so anyone with a larger face may not receive full direct coverage. My biggest critique is that you can only use 1 of 3 programmed LED settings , there is no blue vs pink vs red light option, you must choose one of the programs which has a preset combo. I specifically was looking for a mask with blue LED as I have unfortunately been blessed with adult acne. The "skin clearing" setting has blue light for less than 60 seconds, and that is the only setting with strictly blue light. For this reason alone, I would not repurchase. I would love to see future versions with more customizable settings. The eye cooling is a nice setting, however, it does turn on the fan, which creates noise, so I don't love using that setting if watching tv or listening to an audiobook. It also significantly reduces battery life. Of note, "lilac chill" is more grey than purple.

I am so impressed with this LEF face mask. It is a pricy investment but perfect if you are looking for results and are low on time. It is easy to use, durable and makes a perfect fit. It has a nice cooling and soothing effect. I love that my skin actively experiences less breakout and irritation. It is a perfect way to relax or multitask and not invest a ton of time. It is super easy to wipe off after use and maintain properly. It is well made and colors are gorgeous!
