- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

A great product that has work for me I see the difference in about a week you can see the difference in your face more clean less oily the setup is easy you can wear it at any time no problem with the noise the instructions easy to follow it guides you every step and is comfort to used it

So far I feel like it works. I had a large pimple that wouldn't move and after I few sessions I feel like the mask did help it shrink. I like that the routines are less than 10 mins making it quick to use. The fit is really comfortable as well,

I had this mask on my wish list for so long and finally decided to put it on a credit card and honestly, it has changed my skin for the better. I am obsessed. My skin is cleared. My skin is soft and I have the most beautiful clear skin it's so worth it and if you do it consistently, you will see results also before I get any acne or pimple I put it on bacteria mode and the pimple goes that way immediately. Also my boyfriend uses it because he has a lot of acne and since then his skin spin clear is truly the best mask ever, and the cyro glow feature is the best. 
Good overall, but newer tech is out there.
I'd love to see an upgrade to fix some issues. It DOES WORK! Have to be consistent, and I do 3 anti-aging treatments in a row for a total of 18 minures. 6 minutes from my research isn't enough, and that is the default.
A great product but just remember the cooling pads block ...

As a black woman im always looking for skincare that supports healthy glowing skin without irritation or hyperpigmentation. Consistency is key. I've incorporated this mask into my routine and have been using it since November. My skin looks brighter, feels smoother and my complexion looks more even. The only downside to the mask is a little heavy and the cooling pads block the light from getting to the undereye area. Other than that I was impressed by the mask. I love that it has different routines you can choose from skin sustain, anti-aging, skin clearing, and undereye cooling only. It also keeps track of how many sessions you've completed. Battery life is pretty good. I'm able to use it about 6 times on one charge. If you're looking for a device that will leave you skin looking healthy, radiant and cared for I definitely recommend the Shark Cryo Glow mask.
