- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

I've been using this product for a few months now and it's really been easy to stay consistent with because it's so comfortable to wear. The treatments are short under 10 minutes, which makes it easy to fit into my routine. I've noticed a big improvement in the overall look of my skin and it's also helped clear up acne and Hill active breakouts faster. I thought the price was a bit steep at first, but honestly, it's been worth it. The cooling gels are incredible and feel amazing.
