- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

Good so far
It's probably early for me to recommend, but so far so good. I like it the under eye puffiness cold pads. Battery life seems to be good - it recommends to recharge after 3 uses but I just did 8 sessions and just remembered to charge it. It wasn't dead so….
Not worth it
⭐️⭐️ This mask is far too expensive for what it actually delivers. The remote is extremely sensitive, and I accidentally turn off the cooling feature multiple times while using it. The mask also doesn't stay securely on my head, so I can really only use it while lying down, which is inconvenient. For the price, I expected much more. I also wish the red light extended underneath the eyes rather than leaving that area uncovered. The only real positive is that the treatment is just six minutes a day. Unfortunately, that alone isn't enough to justify the high price or the overall lack of functionality. For what this costs, I expected a much better-designed and more versatile product.

I love this mask BUT i wish it was a little lighter. My fav feature is the eye cooling part. Sometimes thats all i use it for bc its so relaxing. It holds a charge for a long time so i love that especially when I travel

Red light therapy has changed my skin for the better. I love how easy this mask is to use as well. I have used mine 4-5 times a week for the last year and have noticed a huge improvement in my face texture. Would recommend to anyone looking to get in to red light therapy.
