1 star off for the bottle pump
The product itself is excellent. I bought it because I had some points to use and wanted to try it. I wasn't expecting much from it, but I was surprised to notice a difference in my skin. More even tone, a little more plump (so less visible wrinkles around the eyes. Not drastic, but noticeable to me). I want to buy more, but I refuse to until they fix the pump design. I read about it in other reviews and assumed it was user error. It's not. I have only used about 1/4 of the bottle and now the pump won't work, so I can use the last 3/4 of the product. Once that's fixed, I'm adding this to my routine permanently.

Nice bottle but didn't do anything for me
The packaging is lovely, very nice heavyweight glass bottle with pump. But other than that, didn't notice any difference to my skin. It is slightly drying to the skin and tacky not moisturizing. Price is somewhat expensive. I think most of these peptide serums don't do anything for your skin. You're better off using a sunscreen, retinoid, and a moisturizer with squalane and/or hylauronic acid. Didn't repurchase.

Regarding retinoids that is up to how much your skin can tolerate. Copper peptides and retinoids used together can sensitize some people's skin. Our Copper Peptide Pro Firming Serum delivers an advanced, science-backed formula with potent copper peptide and 12 additional peptides to support healthy fibroblasts. It is our strength of the copper peptide formulated with the other 12 high performing peptides that allows this formula to be so effective. For some context, fibroblasts reside within a network of proteins and molecules called the Extracellular Matrix (or The Matrix as we like to call it) where they bind to healthy and intact collagen to create more collagen. As we get older, or as free radicals wreak havoc, The Matrix starts to change. Collagen fibrils become tattered and fragmented, and destructive enzymes are produced. Fibroblasts have less healthy collagen to bind to, and in turn, they're not able to make as much collagen and elastin – which is when we can start to see more wrinkling and sagging.
