I ordered this and the shampoo online. The shampoo came sealed but the conditioner did not and it is only about 3/4 full. Is this normal? Should the conditioner have been sealed as well?

Watery and doesn't do much
Ordered it at first and loved the product so much so decided to order two more. Both bottles came very watery. You have to use 3 times more conditioner than before. I think they changed the formula. Won't buy again.

I've been using this product every other week with the shampoo. Recently I used just the conditioner to refresh my blond and I'm so impressed with this brand. My hair is back to it's vibrant blond and it softens my curls as well.

I like the shampoo
I like the shampoo so I'm going to try the conditioner too. I have kinky curly hair with three different textures on my head. When my hair was over bleached, this shampoo along with K18 helped keep my hair soft. I have high hopes for the conditioner.
