I ordered this and the shampoo online. The shampoo came sealed but the conditioner did not and it is only about 3/4 full. Is this normal? Should the conditioner have been sealed as well?

I use this as a conditioner after I shampoo my hair. I have blonde hair and use the conditioner to soften my hair while reducing brass. This conditioner helps hydrate my hair but it has a sweet smell that can be a bit overwhelming. As far as conditioning goes, this is the best one I've found that moisturizes my dry hair. If you can get past the smell then I definitely recommend it.

I use this 1-2 times a week with or without the Cool Blonde shampoo, depending on how much more intense I want my color to be. I've been using the conditioner for about 2 years now and am happy with it. The conditioner is good for sealing in the color effects of the shampoo and for enhancing color, but it does not provide a lot of color on its own. I like that about it because it is moisturizing and maintains color, but don't look to it alone to make your hair silvery or platinum...you need the shampoo for those effects. I chose this conditioner over its competitors because it was cruelty-free, but I've continued using it because I am happy with the results.
Great at removing orange and yellow!
I bleached my hair at home. I had a lot of leftover yellow and orange even after toning. I used this mask along with BRITEs purple mask (alternating) and it brought it to the ashy level I was hoping for!

After finally deciding to go natural white/silver, I experimented with many products. This DPHue conditioner is my very favorite! The shampoo is okay, but I like pairing it best with Not Your Mother's Blonde Moment Treatment Shampoo. The DPHue is expensive for such s small bottle, but you only need a little and I use it every 3rd to 4th day. Shower cap for the other days!
