I have stared experiencing constipation that I never experienced in my life most likely due to menopause. Magnesium citrate that used to help didn't work at all. I was at wits end and turned to Arrae. It did exactly what it claimed to do: started helping immediately, and after 45 days or so into it, my bowel movement restored what it used to be. It makes me feel much better even though I still sruggle with weight gain. I started with 3 capsules before bedtime and now take 2 as maintenance dosage.
