After shampooing, apply evenly throughout wet hair, leave in for 5-10 minutes (or longer if desired), and rinse. Can be used daily or several times a week for deep moisture.

This really does a great job of deep conditioning your hair. I could've gotten two uses out of this, but I could not get past the AWFUL banana scent. I got a single use sample of this mask, and I loved it so much I went back for the full size bottle. My hair is long, dry and color treated and the mask made it feel silky soft and full of volume for 2 or 3 days. it also smells great, I can't describe it as anything other than "beach" but in a great way!
