    Q
Could you use this in a balayage way?
    Asked by DEB
Official Answer By dpHUE - Brand Engage
Yes! Our Glossy Glaze formula can be used to add tone or depth in a balayage technique—it’s great for enhancing dimension with a soft, natural finish. For best results, choose a shade that matches the lightest part of your hair to ensure even blending. When in doubt, we recommend consulting with your hairstylist to help select the perfect shade. Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
Can this be used in a balayage way, because it's a subtle product, it won't have that demarcation line?
    Asked by Deb
Official Answer By dpHUE - Brand Engage
Yes, the Demi-Permanent Kit is ideal for soft techniques like balayage. It gently enhances without creating a harsh regrowth line. Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
Will this work for covering gray

Color Dream can blend in up to 20% gray, but if your focus is to cover gray, we suggest our Root Touch-Up Kit that is designed for this. Was this answer helpful to you

Product Review: dpHUE Color Dream Light Brown Demi-Permanent

As someone who loves the balayage look but dreads frequent salon visits, I've found the perfect solution in dpHUE's Color Dream Light Brown Demi-Permanent Hair Toning Gloss. This at-home hair treatment has been a game-changer for maintaining my gorgeous, multi-dimensional hair color between appointm...

Good gray coverage for some hair types

I have black, low porosity, kinky (4c) hair. This product was fairly easy to apply. The only things that weren't clear were how to get one of the tubes open (you have to use the lid to puncture the seal) and what color the mixture should be when ready to apply. These things weren't explained in th...

    Comments about Cool Blonde

Cool Blonde did not change my hair color at all, but only made it more shiny. I was a golden light blonde with some gray hair roots at the part before I started the coloring. Unfortunately, it did not cover ANY grays at all.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Did not color my hair or cover a few gray roots

So disappointed. Carefully researched the best product. I followed instructions to the tee, but this brand and hair color did not color my golden blonde hair to cool ashtone whatsoever. The color was still the same and a few gray roots at my part line remained gray. I'm giving it one star because it made my hair shiny.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

    Comments about Light Brown

I am a natural strawberry blond and the strawberry is perfect to cover up my grays. The color blends perfectly with my natural color and makes the gray disappear! This is my first time coloring my hair with anything and the directions are straight forward and were easy for me to follow. Only complaint is I only used half of the product and had to throw the rest away.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
