Can I add my own conditioner to the color gloss before applying so I can dilute the color payoff (I dont want a drastic change)

We don’t recommend mixing conditioner into Color Dream, since the color creme and activator were specifically formulated together as a demi-permanent color to provide a beautiful color result. If you’re looking for a less drastic change, a good option is our Gloss+ semi-permanent color-depositing deep conditioner. Does this help with greying roots?

Hair Type Straight Hair
I started with warm,toned dark blondish hair with gray root growth. I brought it for for repair from flat iron use and to see if this might be an option to extend time between color appointments. I hesitated for weeks worried about reds being too red, light browns being too dark and blondes not showing up at all. I ended up with dark blonde and am very happy. I see tonal variation with my natural hair showing through but some good color pop also, texture is great. grey coverage is light though.

Used med brown to tone down my brass. Instead it has given my hair a green tint. I have washed it twice - with green suds each time- and still a green tinge. Will use my prior brand. Does make hair very glossy.

I tried it for the first time & I like it so far. my hair was a brassy color and wanted to go dark to give it a try and this mask looks gorgeous. I chose the cool medium brown and it gives me just the right amount of darkness with pops of my old color. The dimension is a nice change. I haven't washed it to see if its long lasting but I hope so.
undertone RED!
I bought this because i have dark brown hair and i keep the undertone with no red because thats how it is naturally so i bought the dark brown since it said neutral undertone thinking it woulnt be red right? Nope! my hair now turns red in the sun. i hope this washes out soon because i am exremely disappointed with the outcome. oh and it reeks.
