I am sooo disappointed in this product. I've been using Buttah for YEARS and I just discovered that the formulation has changed. My skin is so dry now Not moisturized at all. My skin soaks it up to where it looks and feels like I didn't use a moisturizer. The formula has definitely changed. I swear by this brand and have promoted it and swore by it. Not anymore. It seems like there Vitamin C serum has changed as well. Unfortunately, I will have to cut ties with this brand and once again, find a product that gives me a glow and moisturize like I need.

I have been icing Buttah products for about 5 years. I found out that three formula has changed from the original. My skin is so dry now, no matter how much I use. I LOVED the original formula, as it gave a heck of a glow. Now. I have to use other products with this moisturizer in order to get a glow and moisturized look. I'm so I upset. I also notice that the vitamin c serum doesn't give me the same effect either. As much as I love Buttah, unfortunate, this will be the last time I purchase it.

The original formula of this product was the holy grail! I have sensitive skin and was initially shocked at how great the original formula worked for me. Fast forward (after 4yrs of using this product successfully), they have changed the formula and it is extremely drying! It's so bad I had to stop using after less than a week and revert back to my old regimen. I'm not sure why a company would change the formula of their best selling product! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated in a company I truly had high expectations in.

like others have said, they changed the formula. now doesn't moisturize and even burns/irritates my skin sometimes. now I have to find something else that works

I thought it was just me but seems I am not the only one who noticed. My skin was thriving with the old formula. Last order, I noticed the difference and was wondering if it was just a bad batch. So thankful I read the reviews first. Why do businesses get us hooked on products then change formulas for what? To cut corners? Last order was a waste of my hard earned money.
