Hi! This is my 2nd time buying this cream moisturizer, question was the formula changed?the 2nd container i purchased doesn't feel the same the texture doesn't feel the same as the first order i purchased, feels dry on my skin, very disappointing.

I have used this product since 2020 and when I say it was the best face cream I ever used, best moisturizing face cream BUT this new formula is not the best. The consistency of the cream is different and not as moisturizing.

I've been using this product for years. I have sensitive and eczema prone skin. This product was once my holy grail. I recently ran out and repurchased some, and was very disappointed in the change in the formula. It's evident and it's horrible. The cream is no longer moisturizing, nor revitalizing. Instead it's drying, sticky even and simply doesn't feel like cream. The glow it use to leave behind is also gone. Change it back!
