Shake well and apply Clean Fresh Blurring Skin Tint SPF 30 to a fresh, clean face with fingertips or a brush. Blend and build coverage as desired. Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure.

Blurring and Matte, higher coverage than expected
This was gifted to me. It's definitely matte and blurring, use mild skin prep underneath for best result! I also suggest prioritizing an SPF underneath, as using high enough volume of this product to get the SPF30 protection would look heavy.
