My son has very sensitive skin and eczema, but has also has acne will this be too harsh on his skin?
- Asked by Gi
- Official Answer By Murad - Sampling + BEKnowing the skin challenges, I would have your son use the Clarifying Cream Cleanser. It has salicylic acid as well but also has additional hydration. Knowing your son is sensitive, I would advise performing a patch test prior to applying all over. Was this answer helpful to you

I used this product for 5-6 weeks and my face got worse, but finally I figured it out. Treat this cleanser like medicine, use it morning and night, rub it on your face and count to at least 20 while you do so. My theory is this: it's kinda like when you take antibiotics, but not all of them, you ki...

Not as good as it use to be
I have been using this cleanser by Murad for many years. About a year ago, they changed the formula. It is now seems to be more watery than the version before it, you have to use more of it than before. I think that it's an expensive product as it it, and for them to change the formula so that one n...

Disappointed
Shrank the size of the bottle from 6.7oz to 5 and kept the price the same. Changed the formula and now doesnt lather like it used to or clean my face well anymore. I find myself using more product to attempt to feel clean. 2 months in and I still have brow and forehead breakouts that i havent had since high school. Really sucks. I used to love this product something fierce.
It's ok
I like this cleanser when inwash my face in the morning. It does the job. It doesnt lather up like inwojld like it too. Its ok.
Changed my face! No more acne
Stopped my breakouts and now i can finally have glassy skin in my 30's I will continue to repurchase. I have oily acne prone skin. I use this at night and in the morning i use my blue medicube pads. That combination is great. Due to my skin being so oil it doesnt dry me out as much as other reviewers say it does for them. I still use the murad moisturizer with it and my skin feels so clean and fresh. My skin actually likes hydration and moisturizers but ive never had a great cleanser to clean my pores and prevent acne to be able to use serums, moisturizers or misting sprays etc. bc of this face wash now i can finally feel like a woman and have a skin care routine and glassy skin! I dont even need foundation anymore!!
New formulation and smaller size
Recently, the soze od this product went from 200 ml to 148 ml, but the price stayed the same. The reformilation changed the feel and smell of the product. Also, those who are reporting burns could be because citric acid is now the fourth ingredient when it used to be much lower on the list. Silver citrate is also no longer in the cleanser. I've been using this for years, but can't anymore because it caused so much irritation. Maybe we are sensitive to this or maybe the pH of the product is lower than it once was. Either way, I can't recommend this product anymore.
You can feel the cleanliness!!
I absolutely love this product, nothing compares like this cleanser! I've used this product before and will continue using it.
