Empty Tube
There is less than 15% product in the tube when i bought it and it doesn't comeout when i press it with both hands with all my strength.

Amazing
It's hands down my favorite lip treatment! I've tried Laneige, Ole, and Summer Fridays, and nothing compares to this one. I can't live without it; whenever I run out, I buy another. It would be nice if it had a little tint, though. But it's perfect for the dry weather in Las Vegas.
Changed my lips!
This balm is so soft and creamy and lasts for a long time. It actually improved my lips from how chapped they used to get. Not like sticky other balms.
Basic but works well
Great basic to keep in my bag, lightweight and goes on smooth, unscented; good for men or women as it doesn't have any gloss

A few weeks ago, I noticed an unusual dry spot on my upper lip. I have seen my doctor who's referred me to a dermatologist, but this is the only thing that's helped the painful area feel less dry and cracked. I'll keep using this regardless of my diagnosis.
I may buy this product again
This product seems to initially help, but it does not last very long. Also, after I had been using the product for about a week, it seemed to stop working, without necessarily moisturizing my lips consistently. No taste and no fragrance.
