It's okay!
Pros: - Leaning towards high coverage - Has SPF50 - Lasts a lifetime (one to two pumps is plenty) - Looks good in photos Cons: - SKIN MATCH: I have olive undertones and was matched in the store, maybe the consultant didnt match correctly but it leans pink on me, as most foundations/skin tints do when they oxidize or they turn orange. - FINISH: Kind of streaky despite blending it with a beauty blender for a good several minutes. Leans also a bit cakey and not that high coverage to cover my blemishes. I also like looking glowy but this leaves u looking a bit oily. Another problem I found was that no matter what powder I use on top of this or what method I use, the product seperates on my skin. :( - PRICE $$ Overall, this may be some peoples holy grail if they have perfect skin but most of us dont and I was expecting a bit more especially with all the Ulta associates and Social Media saying it is the best, but overall its just okay!
Worst Reformulation Ever
I started buying this product about 11 years ago. It was well worth the money back then, despite it sliding all over my face in the heat. Now that I am older and produce less oil, it worked well! Until it didn't. Then I noticed the ingredients have very little in common when I compared my new bottle to one purchased in 2020. I returned this product and will NOT ever be repurchasing again. The shade, the coverage, the texture, everything is different and it's almost $50 now?! SAVE your money, this is worse than Maybelline.
Love the Full Coverage AND Nude Glow Versions!
I've purchased both the CC+ full coverage as well as the Nude Glow lightweight versions at different times. They are both great to have on hand depending on what amount of coverage you need or want. I've been using the nude glow bottle most of the time for the last year, but sometimes I still rely on the full coverage if I have a breakout or redness. I actually tried the full coverage again today to get on a Zoom, and I noticed my makeup has stayed in place longer without doing anything different than using the full coverage option. I have even blended a tiny bit of both before and that works great also. I use the color FAIR in the full coverage...I'm blonde with blue eyes and my skin is fair with rosy undertones. The color works great. I'm in my late 40s and have a good skincare routine, so I've had no issues applying this well and it blends just fine. For the full coverage version especially, I could see how you would really want to be sure your skin is properly exfoliated and moisturized before applying, but we should all be doing that anyway for the best results. : ) What I love about both products is that a little goes a long way, and the coverage is buildable. It is not drying and the ingredients help it to blend in easily.
All hype to much substance
Terrible product, sits on your skin doesnt blend well, and looks cakey and aweful. Doesn't cover as advertised.
