The shade range is not great, the one I was matched with(140w) was too light but the next shade up in my undertone looks entirely too dark for me(240w). I would repurchase
I have the shade Light 205N, I am a ight to med with a slight olive undertone, very little. This is a perfect match for me. I am also 55 yrs old. This product is thick and not as creamy as the hydrating version. I was looking for something affordable that was not as shiny as the hydrating version. I do use a hydrating spf face moisturizer underneath that keeps the nice inner glow without being shiny. I do set with a pressed powder lighty, although i am still looking for something to replace my fav pressed setting powder. This wears nicely during the day. I have dry skin. My natural oils break through as the day progresses. I have the hydrating version in the same shade and I like that as well. One full pump does my whole face. Don't over use and it dries pretty quick. I have sensitive skin and this does NOT break me out.

Save your money and buy something else. This is very drying and does not provide a clean finish. I look better not wearing anything. The more expensive CC creams that I've tried have been so much better than this. I recommend that you should instead try IT.
Wanted to love, but disappointed ugh!
Saw this foundation hyped up and a dupe for the IT Cosmetics CC cream (which ive owned and loved) decided to try elf out as a more affordable option and was let down, it seperaged around my nose and T zone and was cakey and not cute at all.
Matches very well-at least for me.
I use a primer to smooth the skin surface first, and then apply the CC Cream. I use a very light touch, using very little product as I am not a daily make-up user.

I will say is read the reviews I should have. I have dry skin and this product was definitely not for me. It's cakey, dry and separates a lot. I felt like I couldn't touch my face even by mistake because the whole look just fell apart.
