In love I finally bought this dryer after months of reading the reviews and justifying the cost. I have long thick hair that takes forever to blow dry and straighten. I dread the process!!
I used this blow dryer for the first time this morning and loved it!! It dried my hair evenly & quickly. My hair was not a massive frizzy mess once it was dry. I would invest in this product and the product line again and again.
Note: So the ulta store in my area has 20% off coupon out right now, hence why I bought it now. I went to check out and the clerk told me it was not good on Dry Bar brand. I was bummed but wanted it anyways. As she rang me up I mentioned that I had seen on the online reviews that people had used this coupon. Well sure enough she did a price check and scanned the coupon and it worked! We had to void and redo the transaction which saved me $50! So don't be afraid to ask them to try the coupon 😉.
Regretful purchase I purchased based on such great reviews. I hated the color but decided I could live with it if I loved it. I was surprised at how heavy the dryer was, especially with the attachment on. The cool shot bottom was not easy to press or use and the buttons were in an awkward place on the handle. I kept turning the dryer off accidentally. Also, the cool shot button was not cool enough for me. The filter cover was hard to take off. It didn't dry my hair any faster than my old 1875 watt Revlon which I had for 5 years. I have overprocessed, coarse but thinning hair. If my hair were healthier this may have given me better results. I only noticed a slight difference overall but not enough to keep it. I tried it twice before returning it. It's just too pricey to justify keeping it. I believe with the right drying techniques such as using a roundbrush and the right products like Kenra's blowout spray, you can achieve great results with most any hairdryer without spending a lot of money.
Love it! 5

I had this for four years and it broke. I absolutely love it and it drys your hair so fast. I have curly hair and don't need my flat iron with this. My daughter n law used it and went out and bought one for herself.
Pretty good, but not long lasting for price 3

I purchased this blower 2 years ago. splurged! Wasn't even on sale. It was to be, ya know, my "adult, big girl" purchase lol. well 2 years later it's blown a fuse. Dead! It still turns on but only blows cold(room temp) air now. I had a Revlon blow-dryer that I paid $20 for about 15 years ago that I used religiously and still works to this day as my travel blow-dryer. disappointed this high end, high price, blow-dryer didn't last as long as I had hoped. but when it did work, I did love it. a little heavier than I'd prefer but not a deal breaker. I don't think I'd purchase this item again however.
This is the best blow dryer I've ever owned! 5

My hair is long, thick, a bit on the coarse side. I've tried every Dryer, small, large, cheap& expensive...up to $500.00. I was looking for something lighter but I gave it a chance. It is weightier but not by much...&because the drying time is faster you hold it for less time! It does not frizz, burn my hair, it leaves me with a smooth finish. I use the med. setting, hot & hit the cool shot when needed. I love the yellow!
Poor quality and unreliable 1

After the company switched production from bio ionic a few years ago quality went way down. Cheaper materials and way overpriced for what you get. Same with all of their hot tools. Save money and buy anything else.
Eventually broke 3

I've had this for a few years and the off button stopped working. I wouldn't give this a negative review except for the cost and that it broke. You think of you spend this much on a blow dryer it would last more than a few years
