Product is 5 Stars; The Pump's Nozzle is 0.
This is the profound issue with companies using focus groups and places like Influenster instead of trusting the opinions of their actual customers. Those people are literally incentivized to lie. They post their 5 star reviews of an unopened product next to flowers or something corny and rush off t...

Bad smell and too liquid
The serum is way too liquid. Making it very hard to dispense and apply the righ amount. Next is the smell, very unpleasant (used dish sponge) so using overall is a major thumbs down. Overpriced even for the travel size. Will not buy again.
Disappointing for the price
Does not feel like it is doing anything, it is a watery substance, with no real smell.
Not the same as the original tatcha- there is a noticeable d
I wish the ingredients would not change I dislike the new one a bit because the effectiveness is not the same
Hotdog water in a bottle
I thought mine was expired. It smells like the 4th of July. Im laying in bed right now on a business trip and im glad i tried this wifhout my dog or boyfriend around. Im not sure what this could even do that would make up for the smell. Gotta go, hungry for a hotdog.
Not sure
I haven't noticed a difference on my skin yet and I've been using it daily, it definitely has a smell as other reviews have mentioned but I can get past that, dont think I'll repurchase though.
