After you wash your face and before you apply your moisturizer each morning, apply vitamin C Serum to a clean face and neck as part of your skincare routine (don't forget to always wear SPF, too).
After using, store in a cool, dark place.
If you are new to vitamin C, patch test and build up tolerance.

I have used vitamin c serums for over 2 years and a-lot of them i can use daily. Had previously used what i assume is an earlier formula of elf vitamin c serum and loved it. Needs Improvement
I had to return this item due to the smell. I couldnt use it more than once. It smells like motor oil as other reviewers have mentioned. Its nonoily and easily soaks into the skin but the smell lasts for a couple hours after application. Its headache inducing. Hopefully they can improve this products smell in the future.
It's a pass for me
Of the whole elf skin care line, this is my least favorite. I got it in a bundle with rhe moisturizer and eye cream. This stuff has a weird smell and its pretty grwasy. When I use it I just use a little bit, a little goes a long way.
Broken dropper
Product is unusable. Useless dropper. I returned it.
Perfect Vitamin C Serum
This is a dupe for a product from another brand that sells for nearly $200/oz. Once the patent for that product expired, e.l.f. jumped on it and started selling the same formula. This stuff is amazing! I'm super sensitive to scents. The scent of this doesn't bother me at all and I can't smell it once I put on the other products in my morning routine. If your face is sticky or greasy after putting this on, you're using too much. You only need a few drops. Let it fully absorb for a few min before layering on additional serums or moisturizers.
