Ensure that the cool shot is not pressed before styling. Always start with the lowest heat setting when drying and styling. Use the Diffuser to help set curls, the Wide Tooth Comb to aid in detangling, the Brush to elongate, and the Concentrator to dry closer to the roots.

No heat
After 4 months of purchase, it suddenly stopped working. No heat at all. I use this product about 6 times since purchase and it look promising. I cant return or exchange and lost over $160. I'm very disappointed.
SLOW!
Want to sit a while to blow dry your hair? Then get the Pattern. I wanted to love it, because I fell for the hype. I wish I returned immediately. Now, it just sits in my trunk. I found the right blow dryer for me -half the price.
Don't waste your money
I wish i could get my money back. The worst product I've ever bought for my hair. Does not heat up enough and all my attachments have broken off.
Wavy fine hair this is a no
In my personal experience this didnt work out for me because it isnt for my hair type. If you have fine wavy hair this wont work the best. The fan setting is too high even on the lowest setting and fine hair can get frizzy easily. If this had one more heat and fan setting it would be amazing. I really like the design and the fact the attachments click on. The cooling button is also great too since you dont have to keep pressing it. Unfortunately though the heat isnt the best and can vary through setting. This is a great dryer for coily and tighter curls but not for fine and wavy hair. Try it out for yourself but just keep these ideas in mind.
Best Hair Dryer I've Owned
I have extremely thick and tectured hair. This hair dryer is so powerful but also gentle? I love it. It's also very sturdy and definitely feels like an object that was worth paying good money for. I can't get over how quickly my hair dries and how non-fried it looks when I'm done.
