Definitely helps with bloating and swelling after surgery
I purchased this product a few weeks after having a full tummy tuck with lipo as I was struggling with swelling and bloating. This immediately helped regulate my digestive system and lessened my post-op swelling. I have been continuing to take this vitamin daily as it has helped me with my post-op results tremendously!

This stuff DOES work. I ate a lot a couple of days to test out the pill and it does depend on HOW much you eat to determine if you need to take 1 or 2 pills. But I used to bloat a lot and I used go get cramps and my stomach blew up, had to go to the bathroom, stomach was hard and when I take a pill, it calms down EVERY symptom. No pain at all. I recommended this to my friend and now she's hooked.

I take one of these after a meal and about 30 minutes later my bloat is gone. I get bloated and uncomfortable when I eat rice. One of these after my rice meal and I'm feeling normal. I don't have to worry about feeling uncomfortable after my meals. They're a lifesaver when I'm at work.

These are expensive for what you get— directions suggest to take 1-2 after each meal but do not take more than 4 a day. If you take 3 a day, a bottle will last ~10 days. Happy I tried them, but I did not see any lasting effects, and I will not buy them again.
