Dip the sponge into product and apply in a bouncing or "stippling" motion. Use the rounded end to cover large areas of the face and the pointed end to apply in tight crevices and corners.
Beauty Tip: Wet the sponge first with water and squeeze out excess water. A damp sponge will help use less product and also apply it more seamlessly.

I love ELF products but this is one I won't buy again. The sponge is really dense so when you dab on makeup, it's kind of like punching yourself in the face .
