Nice- but don't like the texture

Not sure if I got a defective product? the description says nothing about the small balls of something within the cream. I've had skincare with bursting capsules before, but the ones in the birch cream take a lot of force to smooth out- more force than I like to use on my skin. I even rub the cream with my hands together to try and smooth it out before I put it on my face- to no avail. The cream itself is nice, but I hate how many of these balls are leftover unabsorbed on my face/hands. If they changed the texture I would give it 5 stars!

im literally obsessed with this moisturizer, its the best for my oily skin and it doesnt clog my pores. not only is it amazing for my skin but i swear it pairs so beautifully under my makeup i dont even need a primer. obsessed and recommend 10/10!!!!
Light on Skin, Heavy on Care

I've enjoyed using the Birch moisturizer overall. it felt lightweight on my oily skin and provided just the right amount of hydration without feeling heavy. one small concern was that some particles seemed to remain on the skin after application. it would be even better if the formula were smoother and didn't leave any residue.
