Apply volumizing mascara starting at the root of the lashes in a zig zag motion working your way up. Apply additional coats to build to desired effect.

I brought this from target as I was waiting for it to drop in stores. I actually like the lash it loud better but this isn't far behind . It's does what it says gives volume and curl. Doesn't transfer. Would definitely recommend

This is a generally "meh" mascara. Pigment is top-notch, I will give that. The wand is finicky and not the easiest to work with. The formula doesn't wear super well. I love ELF products but this is an exception. Terrible. The mascara seems to just clump near the roots of my lashes Like their other mascaras mcuch better
Disappointing
Hard to put on in the inner corner eyelashes becauss the brush is so big. Gets everywhere around your eye when applying. The product leaves a grayish trail when using liquid makeup remover which makes cleaning under the eye and the upper lid very hard. Personally I feel like it made my eyes look very muddy, i felt like i could never clean all of it. Smudges like crazyyy, by the end of your day all your mascara will be in the folds under your eye.

it's definitely not the worst mascara i've ever used but wow is it flaky and it flakes really quickly. i dont think this is for me
