This was the first time ever using a hair product by Paul Mitchell. I always heard great things and this did not disappoint. It smells lovely. It's not too strong. It made my hair feel so soft and hydrated. At the end, hair felt so clean and light.

I was sent this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I enjoyed the HydraSoft Shampoo. The scent is light and fresh so not extremely overpowering when your hair is dry. The consistency of this shampoo is probably my favorite thing about it. A little goes a long way with this shampoo as it is thick. I felt like I got a good clean and a good lather. I gave it four stars because I felt like my hair was a little dry, as in dehydrated. This isn't surprising to me as I have very thin hair. So overall I would recommend this product to a friend with thicker hair than me!

I received hydrasoft shampoo for review. The smell of this product is lovely. When lathered on my hair it leaves my hair very soft. The texture of the shampoo is smooth.
