- Q
does it go bad. ie:shelf life
- Asked by Smashly
- Official Answer By dpHUE - Brand EngageThanks for reaching out! While shelf life isn’t typically labeled on our products, you can find the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the back of the ACV Rinse bottle. This symbol looks like an open jar with a number inside it. For ACV Rinse, the PAO is 24M, which means it’s best used within 24 months after opening. Be sure to store it in a cool, dry place with the cap tightly closed to maintain product quality. Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
does dphue have a conditioner also to use
- Asked by banana
- Official Answer By dpHUE - Brand EngageYes, dpHUE offers a conditioner to complement the ACV Rinse. If you're looking for lightweight hydration and shine, our Apple Cider Vinegar Revitalizing Conditioner is a great option. Ideal for anyone wanting a cleaner, softer finish after using ACV Rinse. Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
I have purple colored hair will this strip out or effect my hair color?
- Asked by Purple
- Official Answer By dpHUE - Brand EngageOur ACV Rinse is color-safe and formulated without harsh sulfates or detergents. Vivid semi-permanent colors (like purple) tend to fade more quickly with any wash. While ACV Rinse can be gentler than shampoo, bright and freshly applied haircolor could still fade over time. To extend your vivid shade as long as possible, we recommend spacing out washes and rinsing with cool water. Was this answer helpful to you

When I bought this ACV rinse in store at Ulta, I noticed the bottles on the shelf varied in color. In some bottles the liquid was really light and in others the liquid was dark. I made sure it was all the same product. I bought a really light colored one. Is this normal and safe to use?
- Asked by Josie
- Official Answer By dpHUE Brand Engage TERMINATEDHello! Yes, this is normal and safe to use. We George Paul Vinegar in our ACV Collection, which is craft produced and color can vary depending on the batch. Hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

It's not for everyone, but here's the honest truth
I got this last year for the first time with my fall FFF box. Instant love and here's my 100% brutally honest review! First off, let me say that if you have greasy hair or wait for a week to wash your hair then this product is not for you. I would say it's more for those with flaking issues or peopl...

Greasy scalp and weird residue throughout after using.
I have long, thick, wavy, color-treated hair that is prone to frizz if I don't heat style. I also have seborrheic dermatitis, so I really have to watch what goes on my scalp while still ensuring that whatever goes on my hair conditions and detangles while leaving no heavy residue. I gave this produc...

Decent for a prewash

I have locs, and I initially used this product as a pre-wash to help loosen buildup. While it did work well for that purpose, it didn't cleanse my scalp as thoroughly as I had hoped. I've tried using it multiple times, both as a pre-wash and a post-wash, but it didn't moisturize or add shine to my hair when used after washing. Overall, it's decent for prepping my hair before a deep cleanse, but it didn't meet my expectations for cleansing or hydration.

Loved this product! It helped so much with the build up from other hair products. It left my hair so smooth and soft. Also had a good smell, nothing too overwhelming. Will be adding this to my regular hair care routine for sure!

I used this product like once a week to fully clean out whatever product buildup I had in my hair, and it did a really good job. Only downside is that it did have a very strong vinegar smell that I could still smell after I had showered

This is a review for the Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse by dpHue. This hair rinse did not seem to do anything for my hair personally. It also did not smell great and it made my scalp itchy. I would not recommend this product honestly.
