However, the skin on the eyelids is exceptionally delicate. Can I use vitamin c serum under the sunscreen?

Just be sure to apply your Vitamin C serum first, let it absorb for a minute or two, then apply the sunscreen evenly. Wanted to love it, but not for me.
I really really wanted to like this product because I was looking for a new sunscreen to wear under my makeup. I read reviews saying that this does not leave a white cast, and also that it is mineral. It doesn't make it white, it does have a slight tint--kind of like the sheerest tinted moisturize...

Leaves skin feeling soft
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love the idea of having a sunscreen mixed with tint coverage of your skin tone. This comes in a super cute bottle that product comes out the tip. It is a thin product but very light in weight. It feels like I was wearing nothing on my skin but added some color coverage at the same time as protecting my skin. This product left my skin feeling very soft to touch after I applied the application. I naturally have oily skin and my skin ended up feeling soft instead. There is no scream so a great product to use with others. I gave four star as it is winter time here and I have not gone outside much to see how well the protection is.

Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a lightweight sunscreen that will even out the skin tone.
Amazing Sunscreen with a beautiful Tint
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] No matter what season, the first step in my morning routine is applying this amazing tinted mineral sunscreen. It provides Broad Spectrum 50 SPF which protects my skin from the suns harmful UVA and UVB rays. This formula has a beautiful Tint which is easy to apply, dries down evenly to a soft MATTE radiant finish. My skin never looks oily nor does this product crease into my fine lines and wrinkles. Upon wearing throughout the day there is never any sticky residue or pilling.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The sunscreen feels lightweight and comfortable on my skin . It's don't feel greasy or heavy like some other sunscreen . I like that it's a mineral sunscreen because it feels gentler and is less irritating .
Wanted to love
I was very excited to try this product as I've heard a lot of good things about it, but it just didn't work for me. It does have a lot of positives like the tint being really even and adding a nice bit of color. I'm someone who self tans so I know some people mentioned it being too dark, but it actually worked for me quite well. I also thought the oil absorbing technology did work fairly well for me. I think what some of the other reviewers were mentioning could be true if you're new to mineral sunscreens, but many of them pull shiny and this one was actually on a bit of the less shiny side. However, this product is extremely difficult to take off your skin. When I first tested it on my hand, I noticed water almost beaded off of it, which led me to believe this product's formula was almost waterproof. This in theory would be a really good quality, but when I would try to remove it at night, I struggled to do so. It felt like i could never fully get it off even with a double cleanse method. I started to get breakouts over time and atrributed this to not bejnf able to ever fully take the product off my skin causisng build up. I had to stop using. It's very difficult to find a good tinted mineral SPF with no fragrance and I wish this worked for me, but I would caution people against it if you're acne prone.
