Irritated my skin

As someone who wears sunscreen everyday, I'm always looking for the best formula for my skin. I received the UV Filters SPF 45 Serum Broad Spectrum Sunscreen gifted by the Ordinary but unfortunately, this one is not for me. This is a very runny formula, even after shaking the bottle well, which make...s it easy to spread across the face, but I also feel this led to my eyes burning, even if I did not place this near my eyes as the formula spreads with heat. My face also has become extremely irritated because of this sunscreen. I have redness after application, but I'm also breaking out and I am experiencing a lot of itching where I apply this. This is probably from a specific ingredient my skin cannot handle, and will likely not be an issue for everyone who tries it. I did not experience any sunburn where I applied and I do feel this did it's job of protecting the skin. The scent is minimal and is inoffensive. I wore this with and without makeup over, and I did not love it under makeup as my makeup looked patchy as the day went on when it normally does not do that. This formula kept my skin looking hydrated and would work well for those with dry skin who are not sensitive to the ingredients. Because this formula is runny to begin with, this is not the product I would recommend keeping in your bag when you are out and about and need to reapply as I do not feel this can withstand any bit of heat to the packaging.
