This has been my go-to shampoo for 3 or 4 years now and I've never been tempted to try anything else. It has a nice consistency, does a good job of cleansing without stripping, and is very lightly fragranced which I appreciate [no harsh smells here!]. It works quite well with my short but curly to wavy hair.

I've always loved KIEHL'S until this batch of purchase, unfortunately. I got 3 things and I don't like two of them. This is purchase #2 that I don't like along with the new spf 50 sunscreen. This shampoo not only doesn't give me the volume I was expecting, it also feels very heavy and greasy. My hair gets even flatter and more greasy by early afternoon.

I love the shampoo. It's gentle even to use everyday and is kind on colored hair. However, the packaging for the 1 liter pouch is not that strong. Mine was leaking and lost about 1/4 of the contents during shipping. I will make it a point to pick up the bag only in a store and not online.
