- LCD screen features a high-definition color display that shows airflow and temperature settings for easy reference when styling
- Lock feature allows you to slide the button to lock and unlock the arms of your machine. Use with the arms locked to gently pre-dry hair and create volume from the roots

Straightening from wet:
• Start with towel-dried hair and select Wet mode. Select maximum airflow and high temperature.
• Lock arms and rough dry the roots.
• Once roots are dry, unlock arms and select desired airflow and temperature. Straighten and style damp hair in sections.
Straightening from dry:
• Select Dry mode to touch-up or refresh your style. Select desired airflow and temperature, Boost mode is available if required.
• Straighten hair in sections.

If I could give zero stars, in fact, minus five stars, I would. Truly the most awful customer service I have ever received. I ordered the straightener on December 24th along with a vacuum. The Vacuum came within a week, the straightener never showed up. I chatted with my first customer service agent...

Best Decision Ever

Damaged Hair!
We bought this as a Christmas gift six months ago, and both my daughter and I were so excited to try it. The first issue is that it's incredibly loud and requires a 220V outlet in a well-ventilated area. If there isn't enough ventilation, it produces enough steam to set off the alarm. While that's inconvenient, it isn't my biggest concern. The main problem is the damage it has done to my daughter's hair. My daughter is 17 years old and had gorgeous, thick hair that reached the middle of her back. I say "had" because after using this dryer, her hair has become noticeably thinner and has broken off significantly. I rarely write negative reviews, but this product has been extremely disappointing. I'm throwing it away and going back to a regular hair dryer.
Not worth it.
I have hair driers that were much chesper that lasted way longer. Mine broke in under 2 years. Its not worth the price!

I have curly, frizzy hair, and all my life I had to use like 5 tools to get it sleek and straight but WOW!!! It left my hair straight and soft, no frizz. I had to say good bye to my hairdryer and straightener lol

I have very thick curly/wavy hair and i loveeee this. I used to dread hair washing days because it would take me at least 3 hrs to wash my hair then blow dry then straighten it! And with this bad boy it only takes me 45 minutes now to do my hair. It leaves my hair straight and soft. If you straighten your hair every time you wash it you need this in your life like rnnn. It is super pricey but worth it if you catch it on sale
