How do you do a really good curl that will hold?

Then, place the AirBurst Styler at the root and gently twist the iron as you glide it down the hair. For extra hold, try setting the curl in place by letting it cool before combing out the curls. I was definitely swayed to order this iron because of all the positive reviews. It has been definitely the worst iron I have ever used. -First of, its tiny, the plates are ridiculously small. You have to work in very small strands. -The fan annoyed me the most. It's not loud but it makes noise loud...

It's okay I wish I got something different
I have fine wavy hair, medium length. I would say its fairly healthy until recently it was natural and i use heat protection. I used this straightener for nearly 2 months. I've been straightening my hair since I was in high school, so its not new to me. I struggle with this straightener. The plates dont fully clamp together, there is a little gap. Ive tried small sections but then its not fully clamped so it stays frizzy, ive tried thicker sections but then it doesnt get a sleek as I like. The curling aspect is doable but would be way faster with an actual curling iron. These types of straighteners just dont seem to hit the mark. For the price I was a bit disappointed.

I've tried to make this iron work for my hair on multiple occasions. I switched my technique, tried adjusting the temperature, changed the angle of the iron….. nothing worked! My hair was hideous. I will be returning this item.

love, but .... the snags & length of hot end isn't long enough. more for travel or quicker touch ups. nice weighted/ long cord, easy simple use.
Bondi Boost Airburst Styler
I really like this styler. I do use for both straightening and curling ( more of a slight wave is what I aim for, not so much a curl) and this works wonderfully for me. I have fine but dense hair, chin length that gets frizzy easily and am very happy with this product. I don't use the fan very often though, its quite loud and I find it annoying but works great without it.
