It works and it works fast!

This truly is like a professional whitening process you can perform quickly and easily on your own. I was pleasantly surprised that I could see visible results within a few treatments. It is super easy to use and there is no unpleasant taste or sensation. The mouthpiece is soft and small so even a p...erson with a strong gag reflex could tolerate this. You load the tray, top and bottom with the included gel and put it in your mouth. Hold the button for three seconds until you hear a beep and keep it in your mouth until it beeps again which indicates it has turned off after ten minutes. It goes by really quickly as you can do anything, even shower while you wait. It's easy to clean the mouthpiece with water and just wipe it dry but I wonder if they considered making it detachable so you could use a sonic cleaner. The charging process is terrific-it charges quickly using a USB connection that readily attaches magnetically. I was confused by one detail and I did not find a way to contact MySmile for the answer. In the booklet there are Steps 1-3 for how to use (see page one in illustration four above) but on page 2 it indicates you should "repeat steps 2-5 daily for 7 days..." I'm not sure this makes a difference but it does appear to be a slight oversight. After the 7 days they recommend waiting 4-6 weeks before whitening again. To do that you will need to order more gel from MySmile as there are just the 3 tubes included in this set. I've tried many and this is the best at home whitening kit I've seen and I am pleased with the results.
