This is the first time I've used an essence in my routine. I already use the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum so I started using the essence before applying the serum. The essence is very watery so a little goes a long way. It feels nice on my skin and it adds extra hydration to my nighttime routine. My skin feels soft and hydrated in the morning. I am completely in love with this restorative night essence. From the first contact I had with it, the texture is soft and light; it doesn't feel greasy, oily, or sticky at all, My skin is completely dry and I suffer from dermatitis, and I must confess that this product has worked wonders for me because it moisturizes my skin and a small line has reduced how pronounced it was, I will definitely continue using this product; I feel so lucky! I received the night repair treatment as a free trial, but will likely purchase a full bottle. To see if it worked, I applied it to half of my face, morning and night, for 3 weeks. I did notice a difference between the two sides after this time, esp on my marionette lines. They weren't gone, but the skin looked fuller and lines less deep on the side I used the treatment. So I think it's worth continuing to use for another couple of months to see if it continues to improve. It felt fresh and light going on. Smell was also fresh, and not overwhelming.

I really enjoyed using this treatment essence. The texture and feel of the essence on my skin feels lightweight and absorbs nicely. My skin doesn't feel sticky afterwards but nicely hydrated. I actually really like using it some days with my morning routine, as part of my makeup prep and my makeup looks great over it. I have combination skin and it works nicely on my skin no issues with oiliness. My skin also looks nice and plump in the mornings after using it at night. Nice repair serum.
