Hello How long to use for better results??

- Official Answer By HAIRtaminGreat question. Individual results will vary for everyone, but on average, we recommend taking HAIRtamin regularly for at least 60 to 90 days to see noticeable results. Make sure to take a Before photo so you can track your progress. Other helpful suggestions to ensure your HAIRtamin Journey is a success is to remember to take your vitamins around the same time every day. If you are taking our capsule formulas, please take it with a full glass of water and preferably with a meal. If you are taking the gummies, water isn't necessary. Just chew thoroughly before swallowing. Get regular haircuts/trims, use gentle, sulfate-free shampoos + conditioners like our Biotin and Botanical Blend Shampoo and Conditioner here and limit the use of heat-styling tools, tight hair styles, chemical hair treatments and extensions. Definitely noticed better hair growth - I was using this along with The Ordinary's scalp treatments so it might have been a combination of it - but either way the vitamins in this are good for you and I didn't experience any side effects from them so I was game to keep trying it for the recommended 90 days. Ha, well, it worked - maybe too well? I started noticing hair growth EVERYWHERE. The little hairs on my face were suddenly very apparent, random body hair all over started growing like weeds. Not the end of the world since I'm doing laser hair removal too (the irony of trying to simultaneously rid myself of hair + grow it back is not lost on me) but might be tedious if you have dark hair and don't like shaving often.

It didn't work for me
I've been using this product for over 8 months now and my hair growth is still in a slow stage where as it takes forever to grow even with these pills. At first, I noticed a difference with my nails which they felt stronger but it was because I was taking two capsules instead of one like it states that you need to take one capsule per day so if you take two of these, it might be more effective, but then they only provide you a 30 day supply, which means I would have to get two bottles so that way I could use monthly for it to actually work.
No noticeable results
I tried this for a month. I did not notice any results in hair growth or with my skin.
