Apply conditioner to freshly shampooed, damp hair, starting 1/8 inch from the scalp. Work through hair using the Ouidad wide-tooth comb. Leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse. I noticed that there is silicone in this. Is the silicone water soluble? I'm trying really hard to find the best curly girl products for my daughters hair and everything so far has been utter failure. They've dried out her hair!!! Does this help with moisturizing?

I honestly don't know why people say its so overpowering it literally smells amazing and it gives me the BEST definition!
