Apply conditioner to freshly shampooed, damp hair, starting 1/8 inch from the scalp. Work through hair using the Ouidad wide-tooth comb. Leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse. I have fine, frizzy, curly hair. I purchased this product on recommendation from staff, as well as a travel size Redken Mega Soft Conditioner. The Ouidad initially feels good, but if I don't blow dry my hair, it ends up feeling crunchy and looks terrible. I can't just wash and go with this condition...

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] It has a good consistency, it lathers smoothly on my hair. But I didn't really notice much of a different with my hair, it still stayed frizzy even after using it until I finished the bottle throughout the course of a month. All in all I wouldn't get it again.

Made my hair feel soft and shiny while helping with frizz. it's hot and humid in texas, so something like this is right up my alley. will definitely look into the shampoos as well so i can see how well they work together vs using different brands
Great detangler

I always find it difficult to review hair products as I am a wavy haired girl which means my haircare routine has multiple different products. I will admit, I still haven't found the best products to manage my textured hair, but I can tell when a product is not working for me. This conditioner did not make my hair worse. I am not sure if it improved my hair in any meaningful way, however, I will say this: I really liked the formula and it was incredibly effective as a detangler. The fact that it can detangle and condition my hair in one go is a huge yes for me. That's one less product that I need to buy and keep in the shower. A little goes a long way with this product and as I was taking it through my hair, the excess did not drip out. I was able to rework the same quantity of product throughout my hair until all of it was covered and detangled. Though I received this product in exchange for my honest review, I will continue to use it until I run out and will also consider buying a bottle once this one runs out.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I feel like I gave this product a fair amount of time to form an opinion on it after using the entire bottle. I dont really care for it personally, the scent even was just not what I care for. It smells floral and kind of old lady to me, strong perfume. As far as performance goes, I was a bit let down. I live in the humid deep south, with fine, loose curly hair. I didnt notice much of a difference with defrizzing when using this, but that's just me. Maybe it would work better for thicker, coarser curly hair? The detailing and hydration aspect as well was subpar to my typical conditioner. I feel like it rinsed out and left my hair feeling like I used watered down conditioner. Overall I would not use again, not sure id recommend it either to my close friends.

I noticed that there is silicone in this. Is the silicone water soluble? I'm trying really hard to find the best curly girl products for my daughters hair and everything so far has been utter failure. They've dried out her hair!!! Does this help with moisturizing?
