I have used this product for three months now, hoping and praying it would help with at least two of the results they claim, but I have seen nothing. No improvement in skin, hair, or nails. Taking this has been a huge help for early perimenopause! Sleep better and skin looks much better! I have found my topical skincare works so much better than before. I literally take it on vacation with me.

Took these for 7 Full Months and noticed Zero Difference , Actually gained 8 pounds and I am always a consistent weight . I stopped taking them and thankfully boom the 8 poinds are gone and mu body feels back to normal. I truly thought something was veey wrong as I kept getting very strange symptoms and even my doctor was concerned on what i was taking that was out of tje ordinary and sure enough read all the ingredients and please dont fall for this like i did. Never again do not take these synthetic pills. First they are huge pills and there are ao many !!!! Juat to feel sick and cause liver damage for zero results ! BUYER BEWARE
