Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying this product. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
Precautions: For External Use Only. When using this product skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, flush thoroughly with water. Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterward. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

How does this product compare to the now discontinued "Neutrogena Rapid Clear 2-in-1 Fight and Fade Toner" that claimed to fight breakouts and reduce the look of post-acne marks?
- Asked by (un)Lucky
- Official Answer By Peach & Lily - Brand EngageThanks for your question! The Acne exfoliating toner, like the Neutrogena, have 2% salicylic acid and glycolic to help increase cell turnover. The main differences in our formula vs the Rapid Clear you mentioned are that this Peach Slices toner is fragrance free, silicone (dimethicone) free, and free of PEGs, while also having lactic acid paired with the glycolic to amplify cell turnover and the soothing benefits of Allantoin, Cucumber and Centella Asiatica Extract that you cannot find in the mentioned product. We hope you love this product! Was this answer helpful to you

- Q
What is the difference between this and the snail blemish rescue? Just the snail muting? Which is better for mature oily and acne prone skin?
- Asked by adult acne prone
- Official Answer By Peach & Lily - Brand EngageHello! Both of these products are addressing acne in a very different way. The Acne Exfoliating Toner is using an OTC strength BHA to exfoliate and address pores and active acne while the Snail Rescue Blemish Busting Toner is using snail mucin and centella to address the inflammation associated with acne. Oily and acne skin may use both or switch back and forth. Some people find that using a 2% BHA twice per day can be a little much for the skin (since it is exfoliating) so they opt to use the Acne Exfoliating Toner in the day and the Snail Rescue Toner in the evening or they may "skin cycle" and only use BHAs on certain days and more calming products on other days. These are absolutely interchangeable products. If you are concerned about oiliness we suggest the Acne Exfoliating Toner during the day and the Snail Rescue Toner in the evening for the best balance. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

- Asked by Tee
- Official Answer By Peach & Lily - Brand EngageHello, the answer will be different depending on your skin type. If you are extremely oily and acne prone you can use the Acne Exfoliating Toner and a Lactic Acid treatment in the same routine but we suggest if your skin becomes sensitive or dry to alternate the products. In regards to retinal, we suggest using them at different times. For example, you can use the toner in the AM and the Retinal in the PM. Hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

Should this be used before, after, or instead of the clarifying cleanser?

Great for preventing breakouts, less so for clearing them up
Last year I went off hormonal birth control for the first time in many years, and I started getting really stubborn, painful hormonal acne each month, even worse than when I was a teenager. I tried a benzoyl peroxide cleanser, but it was too drying for me to use everyday, and using it 2-3 times a we...

LOVE this toner
I am in my late twenties and I would not say I have consistent acne. I have small breakouts and discoloration from previous breakouts. This worked magic! It took away my discoloration and I have not gotten a breakout in weeks. Amazing product.
Wonderful product!

I was hesitant to try this product since I have sensitive skin, but have loved it! Noticeable results within 1 week. Will be purchasing again!
Great Product
I liked the toner a lot, it didn't irritate my sensitive skin and I felt like it helped me not get more acne.

I don't breakout much, but recently I've been going to gym the past month and my forehead completely broke out. It's been stubborn so I decided to buy this product because the other regular blue P&L toner didn't help much. This one is so much better!! Slowly but surely it's finally clearing up. I think I've been using it for a week and a half.
3 year *honest* review and tips
I've been using this toner at night consistently ever since i was a junior in high school (I'm finishing up my 1st year of college) and the bottle is still halfway full. I currently layer this toner with a centella toner from the brand numbuzin. *Do not chemically exfoliate more than twice a week.* AND *Do not layer acids with any other acid, retinoid, benzoyl peroxide, or vitamin c product.* Hydrate your skin twice a day and use spf daily. If you end up not liking this toner, try azelaic acid instead (for any skin concern except dryness) You can use azelaic acid more often depending on your skin's tolerance. You will purge in your usual problem areas with any acid or retinoid if you're a beginner to skin care (lasts about a month). This is is because acids and retinoids buff away any dead skin cells and reveal newer layers of skin over time. Breaking out is when you see acne in abnormal areas because your skin is irritated.
