Recommended for evening use: Clean the skin thoroughly with CeraVe Acne Treatment Face Wash before applying this product. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. I like the product and it combines a lot of different active ingredients (AHA,BHA, Lactic Acid) into one so it's a value. I was confused on how to use the product because it's designed like a spot treatment, but also says its "full face" and to "apply to the entire area". Its to be used "at night", ...

I won't recommend this cleanser to anyone
After 5 weeks of using this cleanser, it made my face worse. I started breaking out and having big acne, white head and blackheads which later turned into dark spots. I've never used any facial cleanser, I was recommended this cleanser to start using to clear blackheads but it made my face worse and...

Nice but mixed results
Okay this cleanser definitely helps to control oil, havent seen HUGE reduction in acne yet though. I used it on my back and chest with an exfoliating brush for about a month and it did help to *reduce* adult acne on my back. It definitely helps to control oil on my face. Ive mostly been trying it on my face during my mid-cycle when I tend to be very oily as other times it can be very drying since I am also using prescription topicals too. It helps with the oil but jury is still out if it helps deep seeded hormonal acne (which is what I have).
Not for me
I really wanted this to work.. it's price is great and reviews looked good but it just wasn't for me. I've used this for about two months now and I've never broken out sooo much before! I little disappointed. Oh well
So far it's working well
I alternate this with the cerave foaming wash for oily skin. It seems to help clear my pores more. Its not too drying but my skins pretty oily.

This cleanser cleanses everything on your face with just one wash. It doesn't irritate the eyes and it takes off my make up very easily.
