Apply to wet hair, massage into a lather and rinse. Follow with conditioner. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately.

I'm a licensed master cosmetologist and I used this on a few of my clients, and……I LOVE IT!!! I could feel the difference after the first shampoo. Granted I let the shampoo sit for 5-7 minutes after I lathered it, love this stuff
