Left my hair limping and greasy

I received this product in exchange for a fair and honest review. For starters, I have used this twice, about 5 days apart, post shampooing, applying from the mid length area through the ends, massaged well, and left on for about 5 minutes. The first time I used this, I rinsed, with cold water, unti...l my hair felt thoroughly rinsed. My hair was taking forever to air dry. What I had was the greasiest hair I've ever had. The next two showers I shampooed only and still had very greasy, limp hair. Volumnizing spray did nothing. So after about four total shampoos my hair fell back to normal. But since I'm supposed to be testing this, I gave it one more shot to basically the same result. This time I use my regular clarifying shampoo as I was renting it out to get any remaining product. Again hair felt like it was rinse thoroughly but my hair is still greasy and limp. I have type 2 a fine wavy hair. It tends to lack volume on its own so this product only makes the limpness worse. However I gave this three stars because it has left my hair in slightly better condition, as this works from the inside out on like most other products that only smooth the outside cuticle. I have noticed that the brush is going through way easier and there are far less Tangles even if I only shampoo my hair. Typically I need conditioner to detangle but I've had a couple showers with shampoo only and my hair still felt so smooth and soft like it was conditioned. I will use the rest of the product on my daughter's hair which is thicker and coarser and could use something to help out with the chronic tangles she winds up with. As for the brand, I have used many other products with great success from Redken and I know what I'm using is a product I can trust. As for the design, I like anything that you can put on its bottom where you can get all of the product out instead of operating bottles. I also like that the hole is a little bit smaller so you can control the amount of product that comes out.
