[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] URBAN DECAY 24/7 WATERLINE Eye Pencil in Legend is super smooth and easy to apply. The color is a deep black that makes my eyes pop instantly. It stays on really well in the waterline without smudging or fading, even after hours. Perfect for everyday wear or a bold look.

This eyeliner is very black and goes on smoothly without tugging on the skin. It's easy to apply, even along the lash line, and gives a clean, defined look. Once it sets, it really stays put — it doesn't smudge or fade throughout the day. I like that it's waterproof but still comfortable to wear. It sharpens well and doesn't crumble. Great everyday eyeliner if you want something reliable that lasts from morning to night.
The best waterliner I've tried!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I'm SO impressed with this eye pencil! I have fairly watery eyes and have often struggled to find products that will apply well to my waterline. This Urban Decay liner, however, glided on quickly and easily! The pigment is quite strong and made a visible difference in my eye makeup. It wore extremely well all night, even when I was standing in a cold, windy area that made my eyes water. It was easy to place exactly where I wanted, and didn't smudge at all! I'll definitely continue using this pencil, and might buy it in a few more colors!
