[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I've always loved Urban Decay eye liners because they truly are waterproof. I have a very watery eye and this didn't smudge and lasted the entire day. The color is nice and dark with one swipe and doesn't need layers!
Waterproof but just okay
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have mixed feelings about this eyeliner. The good: it's definitely waterproof and once it's applied and set, smudge-proof. The color is also as expected. The bad: I felt like it didn't live up to expectations when applying to the waterline. Even once I dried the waterline off it too a couple passes to get the intensity of color and a consistent line. The waterproofing is good but I prefer their old eyeliner formula

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] It glides on easily, but it does take a few times to get the right amount of pigment. The color is good and it feels nice and easy to wear! By the end of the day, it does smudge a bit which is why I only gave it four stars.
