Good if you can sharpen it without breaking
I bought 4 different colors, they're "ok". The pigment is there on all colors I bought but they definitely smudge and fade rather quickly. I want to love it is very smooth but does not last very nice colors
Really great for tight lining!
I have hooded eyes so lining along the top lashes on my lid closes off my eyes. I prefer to tightline in a brown shade for added definition. This liner sets and lasts all day without bleeding into my inner tear duct or migrating to my lower water line. I dont wear it on my eyelid so not sure of the lasting power there, but I imagine it would work for me (normal to dry skin, without watery or sensitive eyes.)
Lasting for hooded eyes
This is so comparable to The Dior Show Waterprrof Eyeline, so freat foe hood eyes. Last all with water allerfy eyes. A mist in all colors for make wardrobe.
Budge proof must have.
This eyeliner does not move. Very black. Highly recommend. Due to the softness, can be hard to maneuver but it is budge proof!

I have been looking for a liner for my water line for years and even though I don't have watery eyes everything transfers. I have bought so many pencils! This pencil does not budge from my water line. As soon as I received it I tested and I just kept looking and it just kept being there. I am shocked and so happy! Try it and I guarantee you'll love it!
