This product has helped so much with my hormonal acne on my face and back. It clears it up and reduces redness and inflammation within a day. The only thing is it is drying to the skin, but it's to be expected. I just focus on moisturizing while using this product.

I've been using the ELF Spot Treatment (it's amazing) but can't find it in stores. Grabbed this to try and not impressed. Doesn't do much for my acne spots and dries out the skin SO bad.
overall, i recommend :)
in my experience, benzoyl peroxide is the best spot treatment and is the only type that has worked for me. my skin also tends to need a stronger formula so this is wonderful. it didn't work for me when pimples and such already had heads (makes sense) but otherwise worked great when i notice nastiness start to form. i will say if you have drier or more sensitive skin, this may be too extreme for your skin (maybe try one with less percentage of benzoyl peroxide). overall great product

Slowly became less effective overtime. Maybe consider rotating with another product sk your skin doesnt build up a tolerance to it.
