There are serious issues with the spring that allows you to open and close the iron to curl. It's like the spring gets too hot, softens, and ends up stuck and the iron won't close all the way to secure the hair. I use the tool the way it is intended. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I like the iron, it helps to create soft waves and doesn't pull hair out. Barrel size 1,25" and so long that can fit even Rapunzel's hair😄! I like adjustable heat settings and long cord. On the photos there are curled hair and with following brushing.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. A very cool curling iron with temperature control, this is a very big advantage . It allows you not to burn your hair. The second plus is that it's long. And it's very comfortable for me to curl my hair. My hair is very long. The cord never gets tangled because it twists. It doesn't matter which way you twist your curls. It's ceramic and it's the best material. And after styling my hair is shiny 😻. I like this curling iron very much. I'm going to use it a lot.
