Is the cream supposed to be really thick, and have a waxy texture at first? Idk if mine is bad, it's the first time using. I really didn't have to use much and it goes a long way but I was surprised when I opened the jar and it was waxy looking

When cold it can be a bit thicker feeling but once at room temperature and warmed up in the hands it melts into the skin by design. One of our most interesting textures. Saved my winter skin!
As someone with acne-prone skin who uses a nightly prescription retinol, I have always struggled with redness, dryness, and the worst unsightly skin flaking/peeling during the dry winter months. Then I found this product, and WOW has it been a game changer for me! The peeling has virtually disappeared, the redness has improved, and my skin looks hydrated and smooth when I wake up. All of this without triggering any break-outs! I love the thick texture and the lavender scent. A little really does go a long way- I apply all over my face and neck every night and I probably use about a third of the jar a month. This is totally a winter holy grail product for me now!
Disappointed and irritated my skin
I really wanted to like this product, but it didn't work for me at all. After a couple of uses, it made my skin feel a little burning and uncomfortable. It also dried out my skin so much that it started to flake, and I even broke out with acne afterward. I stopped using it because the irritation wasn't worth it. Definitely not repurchasing.

Perfect Addition
I've been loving this after exfoliating my face. It's leaving my skin silky and so shiny.
Breakout
This is a aolid heavy moisturizer but if you are prone to breakouts/clogged pores it is not for you. The texture, color and scent didn't bother me at all.
