How To Use

Begin at the inner corner of the eye along the lash line and work outwards. Position brush tip close to the lash roots and in a gentle, fluid movement apply color along the natural curve of your lash line.

Definitely love this product! This was the first liquid eye liner I ever tried, Its so easy to use! I'm just a bit disappointed to see that elf is beginning to raise up the prices on their essentials products.

I have used this liner religiously for years! You csnt beat the price and it's super pigmented. However I noticed they may have changed the formula? I thought maybe it was a batch I bought but Im seeing similar comments. Say it ain't so!!!

I've used many liquid liners, from high end to drug store but this is the best one. I use an eyelid primer and this liner. It stays on all day with no smudging. The color is very pigmented and the application is better to manuever than others I've used. Also the price, can't beat it.
