Seems to work
I really hesitated to buy this because of the price and I wasn't sure how it would work but Ulta has such a libral return policy I thought I would try it. I used this when my hair had a lot of gray roots and I should have been using a box color like I usually do so this was a pretty tough test of th...

Does not work!
Discovered this at Ulta by accident. I was excited about this product. I'm getting tired of root touch ups every 2 weeks. Well it did nothing. I left it on for 40 mins. As I was waiting, it looked like my roots were turning golden brown. I needed darker, but I would have been fine with it. Washed ...

Terrible
This smells terribly, fishy. It leaves my hair feeling extremely dry. The color deposit does not last past 1 wash. This is a very bad product.
A subtle glow-up for dark brown hair
I'm so happy with how this turned out. My hair is very dark, and I was a little nervous that Medium Brown wouldn't show up, but it gave my hair the prettiest, rich brown warmth and so much shine. It still looks like my hair, just healthier and softer. My curls also looked really bouncy afterward. Such an easy little at-home refresh; I would absolutely repurchase.

Don't You Dare
I purchased this during the 21 days of beauty event at 50% off and was thrilled to get a copper gloss that looked to be of higher quality than what I had been using for the same price. I went in with way too much confidence. Never again. I had a funeral to attend and wanted a quick touchup. Unfortunately, the color only deposited on the lower half of my hair. With no time to fix it, I had to rock ombré copper like it was a happy mistake. I assure you it wasn't. I immediately returned both bottles that afternoon. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Do you just rinse out or do you have to use shampoo?
- Asked by Sien
- Official Answer By dpHUE - Brand EngageHI! Gloss+ should be used like a deep conditioner, and you can simply style as normal after rinsing away. Safe to use as needed for a boost of shine and color refresh! Was this answer helpful to you

Will it lift my natural hair color?
- Asked by JJ
- Official Answer By dpHUE - Brand EngageGloss+ won’t lift your natural or treated hair color. It’s a pigmented deep conditioner, also known as a semi-permanent hair color, with no ammonia or peroxide. It colors the outer strands of the hair and gently fades in about 6–10 shampoos. As always, we recommend doing a strand test first! Was this answer helpful to you

Can this be applied to clean dry hair?
- Asked by Jan
- Official Answer By dpHUE - Brand EngageHi! Gloss+ is usually recommended for clean, damp hair but dry hair is fine too! If you use this technique, please ensure that you're saturating fully as dry spots can occur easier. A wide tooth comb helps with even distribution. Was this answer helpful to you

I have dark brow hair with old light brown highlights that turn brassy. Just want to tone down the brassiness . What color should I use? Also after I wash my hair can I condition before applying gloss? My hair gets very tangled after washing ..
- Asked by Roe
- Official Answer By dpHUE - Brand EngageCool Light Brown Gloss+ is a great choice to help tone down those brassy reflections and keep the highlights looking more neutral. As for conditioning first, you shouldn’t need to. Gloss+ is a deep-conditioning gloss, so it’s formulated to add slip, smoothness, and shine while you tone. Apply it to clean, damp hair and gently work it through, especially where you want to neutralize the brassiness. Rinse, and style as normal. Was this answer helpful to you
