OKay toner could be better
I recently purchased Clinique's Clarifying Face Lotion Toner 2 earlier this fall in the trial-sized bottle. This toner does dry out your skin a bit, but it does make your face feel hydrated and fresh for your make-up routine. You can feel it work all over your skin with easy application. It's a decent product overall.

Dried my skin out even after using only twice a week. Smells bad of rubbing alcohol. Burns skin especially after extraction. Irritates skins causing it to turn red.
