Most Helpful Positive Review Oh I love this little guy Ok I just got this yesterday afternoon and used it for the first time this morning. I LOVE IT! My hair is almost collar bone length and I am almost a year into growing out my gray. My gray is very frizzy (temples and underside), and I have been using a small flatiron to remedy that, but all it does it flatten it (which it is supposed to, I get that), and I have burned myself a few times. I was drawn to this brush bc I would hopefully have more control, not burn myself on hot plates, and it would allow me to curl it under a little, so I could style my hair while smoothing it. The gray tendrils and the underside of my hair are my problem spots. I pretty much have to flatiron those areas every day so I don't look like Albert Einstein. I was immediately impressed by how quickly this worked...my hair was immediately smoother and I loved that I could just brush through it and get the results I wanted. I went over the tendrils a few times (they are really frizzy), but the underside only took one or two brush throughs and I was good to go. The downside of this little guy is it gets really hot and there is no temperature adjustment. You have to be careful bc the paddle of the brush is hot to the touch, but I didn't find it was as bad as scalding my face on hot flatiron plates. I'm impressed and will definitely keep using this!
Most Helpful Critical Review This is gonna be a NO from me Honestly, I had such high hopes for the Baby Brush Crush. My hair is short (in-between my shoulders and chin) & wavy so I didn't think there would be an issue with this — I was incorrect. Generally, my hair can get flat ironed & be totally smooth in about 10 min. I sectioned my hair into 4 chunks & literally had to go over each area MINIMALLY 4x's before it got "straight." I was so frustrated with how terrible the brush was working, I eventually just used my flat iron over everything I just did. Oh, and make sure you have ZERO tangles in your hair because it WILL get ripped out — I had a few baby tangled and my hair came out, so love that for me. I think if your hair is naturally fine and straight, this brush would work out for you — maybe when you just wake up & have hair all over the place. I would absolutely not suggest this for anyone with thicker hair or hair that has more than a slight bend to it naturally.

I simply use this product just like I am brushing my hair. It makes my hair very smooth & soft, & calms the fly aways. Make sure your hair is dry before using.
It works 3

I have a shoulder length fine bob and this works good to straighten my hair and make it smooth and shiny
Just ok.... 2

This doesn't get hot enough to straighten hair long wavy hair enough. You have to go over it multiple times in sections and it still leaves it frizzy. Giving to my mom who has shorter thin hair and hopefully she has better results. I am glad I didn't spend the money on the big one...
Perfect for blowout touch ups 5

My husband just got this for me for our anniversary, he said he was going to get the Revlon one originally but when he saw it in store he thought I wouldn't like how big it was (and he would be correct lol). This mini is perfect for the creases I get around my hairline and on the nape of my neck. I've used it twice and I appreciate how it doesn't flatten the ends of my hair like a straightener had...makes my hair still look perfectly blown out—not ironed out. This also leaves a beautiful shine. If you regularly get blowouts or do your own, I promise you that this is a tool you didn't know you were missing
Tried so long to love it but no 2

I do like the compact size which makes it perfect for my gym bag, but this just fries my hair. Save your money and get yourself a decent flat iron instead.
Fantastic Brush! 5

My hair was getting fried because I had to keep going over my hair with my flatiron to get it the way I wanted. The brush is easy to use and doesn't fry my hair. Also takes less time. Definitely worth the price!
I would love to buy another one for usage at work. 5

I may even buy another one so I can have one at my job for a quick fix and one at home. This one is having the option to use in Europe with different voltage.
Some people mentioned the one setting of 400 degrees to be an issue and since I have not that thick hair that can be hot but I just turn it off and still use it as it still will do it's job. Therefore the one setting is not an issue for me. The smaller size is actually a great benefit to take it in my purse, where I go for a longer time.
Wanted to love it. 1

This looked like a great product, but it tangled my hair badly. Also should have paid attention to other reviews that warned about the heat - it gets way too hot! I ended up with a staticky, flat mess. Might be good for thick, coarse hair, but definitely don't try on fine hair.
Didn't work 2

I wanted to love this, but it didn't do much for my hair. I tried it on shampooed hair and the next day hair and it just didn't do anything for me. I have naturally straight fine hair that is damaged from a recent bleach job. I love the ease of using it and just running it through my hair. But it just didn't feel like it was really doing anything idk. I returned it.
No I would not purchase this again 2

Just didn't work. I ran this through my thinnish wavy hair repeatedly and it barely made a difference so I used it on my daughters hair. My daughter has thick slightly wavy hair and, other than making it warm, did nothing to her hair. After trying to make this work for about 20 minutes I got out my flat iron and straightened my hair in less than 5 minutes.
Lovely product but not good for fine hair 3

I loved the idea of this product, unfortunately it just didn't work for my hair.
Not quite right for my hair. 3

I was recommended this by a really nice employee at Ulta with curly hair just like me, so I took her word for trying this out. The bigger version was first recommended to me be it was just too expensive for me to try so I went with this one. Unfortunately it's limited to only one setting of 400°F which is way too much for my hair, I'm sorry but I don't want to risk getting heat damage for temporarily straight hair. This might be nice for anyone with wavy and straight hair or someone who doesn't mind high heat on their hair but it's just not for me.
Worth the price!!!! 4

After purchasing so many products and getting disappointed every time finally my long search is over. Just in first attempt my hair looks silk and smooth. Can't express my happiness in words. Worth the price.

I had some mild hair loss due to a medical procedure so I cut my hair short . My stylist told me I had new hair growth coming in with some curl. I have started growing it out I look fuzzy headed. The dry bar brush makes straightening my as easy as brushing it and I have thick hair.
I had high hopes 1

I had looked for a while to find the right product to replace flat irons. My hair is short and just recent cut shorter as I'm going gray. This was hard to manage and VERY hot with no other settings but 400 degrees. Unfortunately I'll be returning.
I would buy again. I just wish it had two settings. 5

It gets very hot. Make sure you use a heat protection on your hair. It does a good job straightening your hair and makes your hair look smooth.
Best for quick styling 5

Great for small sections of hair at a time.

Cute little brush, but was just too small for me.
Just OK 3

I have thick wavy hair that I just cut chin length and hoped it would be good to smooth and straighten my hair since some of my layers are very short. The product worked ok. It heated up quickly, but just didn't have enough oomph for my hair. The top layers never got straight after several passes. Probably better for short, fine hair. I'll be returning.

I've never had anything before that could brush my curly hair without breaking it. If only I'd had this years ago! Highly recommend.
Works Great! 5

I purchases this item because I needed something smaller that heated up quickly. This brush works great! I call it my yellow thunder. I have medium, wavy thick hair. The length is just shy of my bra strap. This works great, but let me give some pointers. After using Wella Fusion plex mask and It's a 10 (leave in conditioner) I blow dry then use my yellow thunder. I use small sections, about 1 to 2 inches then go slowly to straighten your hair. If you want a slight bend or curl just hold for about 5 to 10 seconds using the side. I love it. Saved so much time since going back to work during Covid. Please use a heating spray before using any heating products on your hair. I just use Pantene. I hope this helps.
